Aftermarket LI-Ion charger for Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro Max, Plus and Segway Ninebot Zt3 Pro electric scooters, for charging the scooter's 48V battery. During charging, the indicator LED lights up red. If the indicator LED is green, it either does not connect to the battery, or the battery has been charged, or the battery voltage has become too low (deep discharge state) and does not start charging for safety reasons.
