Orders over HUF 7,000 are delivered free of charge to Foxpost parcel machines, but the delivery fee is only HUF 790 below. Pay with a bank card on our website, so you can save the HUF 590 cash on delivery fee. Your order placed before noon will be shipped the same day, so there is a good chance that your order will be with you the next morning! If you change your mind or don't like the purchased product(s), you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund the price of the returned product!*

* For a full refund, you must return the unused, undamaged product(s) in the original packaging. Please also make sure that no courier labels or other stickers are placed on the product packaging. It is best to send it back in the same packaging as we sent it to you. In the case of a used, damaged product, our company may refuse to refund or take it back at a reduced price!

Free package return process

If you ordered your package at a Foxpost machine and you don't need the ordered product(s) yet, you can return your package to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving it, and we will refund the price of the returned product(s). Fill out the Return Form (you can download it here: Return Form) and put it in the package. This way, our warehouse colleague will immediately know what to do with the package (he doesn't have to investigate, it speeds up the process a lot). It is important not to forget your bank details! We need a hungarian bank account number and the name of the bank account holder to refund the purchase price. If you paid with a bank card in our webshop, we will refund the price of the returned product(s) through Barion's system to the bank card used for payment.

Go to a Foxpost machine you like (you can find the list of machines here: Foxpost parcel machines). Select the package return button on the screen:

Enter the unlock code used when receiving your package:

then after pressing OK, the account door opens. Put the package in, then close the drawer door. You're done. Foxpost also made a short video about returning the package:

After your package arrives at our warehouse, we will process it within a few days and refund the purchase price. We will also send you a notification about this by email.
