We highly recommend wearing it for those who ride after dark. We don't like Velcro vests, but the advantage of this is that it can be firmly fastened on 2 sides with 2 large Velcro fasteners, and thanks to its mesh material, it ventilates well and catches the wind less, thus acting less as a slowing factor while scootering or cycling.
