Xtech HB-100 brake caliper (black, semi-hydraulic)
Electric scooter part. 2-piston, semi-hydraulic brake caliper, black. For Xiaomi scooters, it must be used with a 120 mm 5-bolt disc and a Xiaomi adapter, which can be ordered separately! In the case of Xiaomi M365, 1S and Essenteial, spacers and washers are required for the exact position of the caliper.
A significant improvement in braking performance can be achieved on Xiaomi M365 series scooters. The semi-hydraulic system is connected with a bowden cable, but the pistons are moved hydraulically.
Advantages compared to the factory Xiaomi brake caliper
- Less maintenance, easier operation: The 2-piston system does not require regular adjustment of the inner brake pad position.
- Thanks to the semi-hydraulic system, greater braking force transmission and a more stable pressure point.
- Greater braking force and subsequent heating thanks to the significantly larger brake pad/brake disc.
